If you've been thinking about getting some professional help in taking your fixed operations departments to the next level, this is THE place to start! The On-Site Analysis gives you the biggest bang for your buck when it comes to improving your fixed operations departments.
Your CARS™ Consultant will spend 3 days at your dealership and analyze your fixed operations business from stem to stern. Not only do we perform a comprehensive financial analysis, we get to know your people by chatting with them in their environment. We will watch how they interact with each other as well as with your guests. We even ask them for their ideas for improvement. We recognize that they are your greatest asset and we will engage them as much as possible in performing the analysis.
The On-Site Analysis typically takes place during a Tuesday through Friday week. We will spend 3 full days performing the analysis then meet with your entire Executive Management team on Friday morning to present the full findings of the analysis and review the improvement plan with you in detail. We take great pride in treating your staff as the professionals they are. And we do not use this as a method to indict anyone for not doing their job! We look at EVERY possible reason as to why your level of performance is where it is and use our extensive toolbox to ensure your improvement plan is 100% customized to your dealership and for your people. We firmly believe that any investment MUST have a significant return. And as such we will also provide you with an anticipated return on investment as a result of the recommended improvements. This is all designed to get your bottom line back in the Purple!

The On-Site analysis can be performed at your store for the professional fee listed plus travel and lodging related expenses. They, of course, will vary depending on your location but we always keep that to a minimum to ensure your investment in us is as little as possible. Your CARS™ Consultant will give you a close estimate of travel expenses prior to scheduling your On-Site Analysis.
