We LOVE this industry and it's been so good to so many of us over the years. When we founded CARS™, we did it primarily to be able to help make the industry better. One of the downsides to the consulting industry over the years is the cost associated with having a consultant come out to your dealership. Some smaller sized stores simply are unable to outrun the costs associated with that professional help.

So with this in mind, we have developed (and continue to add to) our Resources section. Over time, we will fill this section with articles, video training, and downloads all designed to help you make your fixed operations perform at a higher level.

We are most excited about our Fixed Operations forum. This is an industry first. We have designed this section for anyone in the fixed operations business to be able to ask questions of each other, provide help and feedback, or even just vent about some of the issues facing the business today.
